Step 4Goal Setting Consultation
Together with your coach, you’ll set clear, achievable goals during a dedicated goal-setting consultation. This collaborative approach ensures that your objectives are aligned with your values and aspirations.
Step 5Lab Testing & Autonomic Response Testing
To gain a deeper understanding of your health, we conduct comprehensive lab tests and Autonomic Response Testing (ART). These assessments provide valuable insights into your physiological and neurological responses, helping us identify areas for improvement.
Step 6Report of Findings
After analysing your lab results and ART findings, we’ll present you with a detailed report outlining both subjective and objective markers. This report will highlight key areas of focus and guide our coaching strategy.
Step 7Tracking Progress
We’ll select both subjective and objective markers to track your progress over time. This dual approach ensures that we’re monitoring not just physical changes but also how you feel and perceive your progress.
Step 8Weekly Coaching Calls
To keep you on track and motivated, we schedule weekly coaching calls for either 6 or 12 months. These regular check-ins provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability.
Step 9Retesting Labs Every 6 Months
To monitor your progress and adjust our strategy as needed, we retest your labs every 3,6 or 12 months case dependant. This ensures that our coaching remains effective and aligned with your evolving needs.
