After completing your initial questionnaires, you’ll have an initial consultation with your coach. This session is an opportunity to discuss your goals, expectations, and any concerns you may have.

Step 4Goal Setting Consultation

Step 5Lab Testing & Autonomic Response Testing

Step 6Report of Findings

After analysing your lab results and ART findings, we’ll present you with a detailed report outlining both subjective and objective markers. This report will highlight key areas of focus and guide our coaching strategy.

Step 8Weekly Coaching Calls

To keep you on track and motivated, we schedule weekly coaching calls for either 6 or 12 months. These regular check-ins provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability.

Step 9Retesting Labs Every 6 Months

To monitor your progress and adjust our strategy as needed, we retest your labs every 3,6 or 12 months case dependant. This ensures that our coaching remains effective and aligned with your evolving needs.
